That make us laugh so much
Those silly moments
That tender touch
My Heart is full of love for life
Even when there’s been heartache and strife
My Soul yearns to find its mate
But keeps missing him, am I too early or late?
My Spirit reminds me that I am strong
And holds me up when all feels wrong
My giving heart still hopes it will see
The day it is loved, unconditionally
The skin of a man my breath does not touch
My arms are empty, hugs they miss much
My sensual desires they are hidden away

I yearn for a friend who can become so much more
To see his smiling face as he knocks at my door
