Longing For A Sweet Pet

I need a sweet pet that belongs just to me.
One who wants my love and will not flee.

Who understands my limitations but still wants my love.
A pet to cherish and care for, and always think of.

Once I had a pet that meant these things to me.
But his life took a turn and he had to leave.

Now I long for that bond that is so very tight.
That just thoughts of him keep me warm through the night.

Will I ever find another pet to call my own?
One who thrills me so and needs a home.

It’s coming up on a year since I first read those words.
“Happy to be owned” it was like sweet music that I heard.

It created an addiction deep inside of me.
Now I long for a pet it is my greatest need.

One that is sexy and honest always treats me nice.
Longing for a sweet pet is my biggest vice.

I want one that I can make some of his dreams come true.
Without a dear pet I don’t know what to do?

Maybe I have already found him only time will tell.
Who will be the one that I love so well.

Still I dream of that very first pet I had.
Should I ever hear from him I will be so glad.

Forever and always I will love all my pets.
There is no bond sweeter, no greater love yet.
