festivities were booming but I was quite as a mouse.
Santa hadn’t delivered my package with care the one person I
really wanted to be here.
Fly off to the west coast I pleaded with the old elf and
fetch the man who knows me better than myself.
Now fly away, fly away hurry with care and bring back my man
without a moment to spare.
The cookies and milk I had given that jolly old man didn’t
seem to entice him to follow my plan.
I waited and waited to see if he would then with a wink of
his eye he said he didn’t think that he could.
My disappointment was great a big frown on my face even
though there were presents all over the place.
Missing was the present I so desperately needed so once
again sincerely I pleaded and pleaded.
Please Santa Claus give me my wish and you will always
arrive to special cookies in your dish.
Oh dear Santa is there no way we can make a deal for the
present I want my heart he did steel.
I turned my head for a second then he was gone leaving me
all alone to sing my sad song.
I should not be sad I should be filled with cheer but it’s
so difficult to do without my man near.
A short time had passed when I heard a big brawl then
through my front door did my special man fall.
Bells rang in the distance and I heard the old elf exclaim
“I made your wish come true my favorite dame!”
Now everything is perfect and as it should be spending
Christmas in the arms of the one who is so special to me.
Have faith in Santa is the morale of my tail and if you do
your wishes he will never fail.
